I see clients in person at 3101 N Central Ave, Suite 1166, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Visitor parking is on levels 1 and 4-6 in the parking garage next to the building. My office is on the 11th floor. Restrooms are next to the elevators and the lobby where I meet clients is through the glass doors.

Life Coaching is not a licensed health service, it is not possible to bill insurance companies. One hour appointments are $125 and sliding scale options are available based on client need.

Sliding scale provisions are available on a case by case basis to clients that have completed three full fee sessions.
