Coaching sessions are available both in-person and virtually via Zoom secure meetings. In-person appointments are available at the Redeem Coaching office, located in Phoenix on Central Ave just north of Thomas. Coaching sessions are available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (UTC-7). John works with clients across all U.S. time zones—Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern—as well as English-speaking clients in Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Colombia, and other parts of Latin America where hours align.

The Redeem Coaching office is located in Phoenix, Arizona at 3101 N Central Ave, 11th Floor, Suite 1166, Phoenix, AZ 85012. For in-person clients, visitor parking can be found on level 1 and levels 4-6 in the parking garage.

Redeem Coaching and Consulting is a private pay service and does not accept insurance. However, because of the reduced overhead of coaching compared to state-licensed psychotherapy, John is able to maintain lower fees ($125 for 55 minute sessions).

Redeem Coaching does not currently offer a sliding scale.
